Built for Australian & New Zealand stores

Every Shopify order, booked in MYOB by close of business.

Sales, refunds, payouts and GST land in MYOB Business or AccountRight as proper invoices and payments. No CSV exports, no re-keying, no Friday night reconciliation.

Connects in about 10 minutes. No card needed for the trial.

The problem

Your store moves fast.
Your books shouldn't lag behind.

The gap between a Shopify sale and a clean set of accounts is where time, accuracy and margin disappear.

01

The month-end pile

Hundreds of orders, dozens of refunds and a spreadsheet that never quite matches the Shopify payout. Someone spends a weekend on it.

02

GST that's almost right

Mixed tax codes, GST-free exports and shipping charged at the wrong rate turn BAS time into a guessing game.

03

Fees that vanish

Shopify Payments, PayPal and Afterpay each take their cut before the money lands. If fees aren't recorded, your margins are wrong.

What syncs

What ends up where.

You choose the accounts and tax codes once. After that, every Shopify record becomes the matching MYOB record, with the right GST attached.

How it works

Set up once, then leave it alone.

Most stores are live inside a coffee break. Your bookkeeper can do the mapping without ever logging into Shopify.

01
✓

Connect both accounts

Sign in to Shopify and MYOB. We only ask for the permissions the sync needs, and you can revoke either side any time.

02
✓

Map accounts and tax codes

Pick where sales, shipping, fees and clearing balances go, and confirm the GST code for each. Sensible defaults are pre-filled for AU and NZ.

03
✓

Choose a start date and go

Backfill from any date this financial year, or start fresh from today. New orders sync within minutes; payouts post the day they settle.

“I used to block out the last Saturday of every month for Shopify. Now I open MYOB on Monday and it's already reconciled. I don't think about it any more, which is the whole point.”

Talk to an integration specialist ↗
Which MYOB products does it work with?

MYOB Business (Lite and Pro) and MYOB AccountRight in the cloud. It does not connect to desktop-only AccountRight files or MYOB Essentials legacy.

Will it create thousands of invoices in my MYOB file?

Only if you want it to. You can sync one invoice per order, or a single daily summary invoice per payment gateway. Most stores over 500 orders a month choose daily summaries.

How is GST handled on shipping, exports and gift cards?

Shipping uses whatever tax Shopify charged, mapped to your GST or FRE code. Orders shipped overseas are recorded as GST-free exports. Gift card sales go to a liability account and are recognised as revenue when redeemed.

What happens if something doesn't match?

The order is held rather than posted, and you get an email explaining exactly what's missing—usually a product without a mapped account or a tax rate we haven't seen. Fix it once and the held orders post.

Can I undo a sync?

Yes. Every record the integration creates is tagged, so you can roll back a day, a date range, or everything from the trial, without touching entries you made yourself.
